We print on demand so we DO NOT REFUND or EXCHANGE items based on CHANGE OF MIND OR INCORRECT SIZING so please make sure you pick the correct size for your order.If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a problem report to our email info@theanimeprince.com with a photo of the product and a description as to what the issue is. However due to COVID-19 delays expect 2-4 weeks delivery. Although we ship your orders within a few days, it is the shipping carriers and the government who will ultimately decide when to deliver your order.
We are a print-on-demand company. So when you place your order, it may take on average 2-5 business days to process and print your chosen design onto your chosen size.
The estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee. You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like:
- COVID-19 DELAYS
- Issues with printing
- Products being out of stock
- Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions
That being said, we’ll work our hardest to meet our delivery estimates. If you’re ever in a situation where you haven’t received the order and it’s past its EDT, please allow a few more days.
